Julian's focus is his international consultancy business, working with media clients to realise their creative and commercial ambitions. He is a consultant for Film London, where his remit is generating inward investment for London’s animation studios and promoting London as a destination for animated content. He also runs a boutique independent production company, Effulgent Pictures (www.effulgentpictures.com), which develops and produces television and film IP for international audiences.
